TUITION AND INVOICING
- Statements will be emailed to you.
- Tuition is due on the 1st day of each month.
- Tuition may be pro-rated for the first month’s lessons
- Late fee or $20 for unpaid balances.
- Bounced check fee $20 plus our banking costs.
- Use your bank’s free “bill pay” service for automated payments that you control.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
- Keep quiet to not disrupt lessons.
- Food and beverages are not allowed.
- Wash hands at the studio before your lesson.
PARENTAL SUPERVISION
- You are responsible for your children.
- Attend to your children on premises.
LEARNING CHALLENGES
- Please let us know of any issues that may affect your child’s ability to learn so we may approach their lessons accordingly.
MAKEUPS AND RESCHEDULING
- PLEASE DON’T ABUSE MAKEUPS. They are for when you can’t make your lesson, not to be used as a mere scheduling convenience.
- Tuition must be current.
- Makeup lessons expire one month after the missed lesson.
- 24 hours advance notice is required when canceling a lesson (except in dire emergencies).
